  Submit an online appointment request form or call (405) 493-6455. No referral from a doctor is required and you do not need to be an existing patient. Integrity Urgent Care will call you to schedule and match you with a therapist.

  Receive Appointment Confirmation

  Once matched with a therapist, you'll be contacted to confirm your scheduled session — available virtually or in-person at select locations.

  Connect with Your Counselor

  Attend your session via phone, computer or tablet from wherever is most convenient — home, car, office or anywhere else. Your licensed provider will conduct the counseling session in real-time.
