At Integrity Urgent care, we receive a lot of questions about our services, how we conduct business, and what general procedures we follow. Can you tell me what my co-pay is?

Co-pays vary by each insurance plan but they frequently are listed on the front of your insurance card. Our team would be happy to answer any questions you have about your insurance at the clinic.

Do I need an ID to be seen?

We are required to verify your ID so please bring a valid photo ID when you come in for your visit.

Do you offer discounts?

We have a competitive self-pay option available for patients who do not have insurance.

Do you bill as ER?

Can I make an appointment? Do I need an appointment to be seen?

You never need an appointment to be seen but we do have an online check-in option to save you time when you come in - click here to learn more.

How long is the wait?

Wait times can vary depending on our patient load but we place a high importance on getting you seen quickly so you can get back on your feet.

What imaging services do you offer?

We offer x-ray in our facility and have the capability to order CT, MRI, and ultrasound imaging out patient.

What vaccines do you offer?

We offer tetanus and influenza vaccines at every location.

What insurances do you take?

We take most major insurances including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Medicare, TriWest and Tricare. If you have a specific insurance that isn't listed, please feel free to give our office a call.
