Fill out the online form or call (405) 768-1113. An intake coordinator will reach out to discuss your needs, verify insurance coverage, discuss payment options, and schedule your initial appointment.

After registering for your visit, you will receive a text message with a secure link to access your virtual visit.
Step 3
At your appointment time, simply click the link provided via text message. Your provider will appear on screen and you can talk in real-time about your health conditions.
Patients must be 12 years of age or olderand a parent or guardian must set up the appointment. Virtual Primary Care is available Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 8 PM
